Frequently asked questions
Is it the same as a Qrazzy plan?
No. SmartProduct is a separate module with its own tiers: you can subscribe even if your Qrazzy account is free.
What happens when the trial ends?
One product keeps its full page (up to 200 scans a month) and the rest go to basic mode: name, photo, price and Buy. Nothing is deleted: it all comes back when you subscribe.
What if I discontinue a product?
It stops counting for your tier and its QR keeps working with a notice and a link to your store. Seasonal products do count, because their page keeps working.
Does it replace the barcode?
With GS1 Digital Link (Brand tier), the same QR carries the GTIN and compatible checkout scanners read it, while a phone opens the product page. While stores update their scanners, keep the barcode printed too.
Does it work with my online store?
Yes: the Buy button goes to your store, a marketplace or WhatsApp. Soon you will connect Kierostore, Shopify and WooCommerce to bring live prices and stock.
Can I send each city to a different technician?
Yes, with smart links (from Growth): the support button goes to the contact of each city or country, and changes with the time of day.
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. It opens in the phone’s browser by scanning the QR or opening your link.
How do I get into my dashboard?
After paying you get an email with your dashboard link; you sign in with a code we send to that email, no passwords.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your dashboard, anytime. You keep your miniapp until the end of the paid period.
